Aeternums First Steps

Hello guys,

after a few months of creating Aeternum: Break the Cycle, it is finally ready for demo/beta. So in that spirit, we, at Reflection of Detection, decided to publish close demo of Aeternum: Break the Cycle at 23.1.2021. year at 8:32PM by GMT+1 time zone! :).

Also, I signed Aeternum: Break the Cycle up for GameCon Online 2021, that will be in February 2021. year and then, I will introduce new version of Aeternum: Break the Cycle and more! Join GameCon Online here: https://gamecononline.com/

More Info. 

First, I am going to send demo to my friends and everyone at Reflection of Detection is going to send demo to their friends, so it will be in some close demo variant at first, but do not worry, if everything go as planned everyone around the world will be able to play it until end of January. Because we are going to start with small publishing and slowly progress to get more and more people, we are not going to make some big demo publishing event.

This is going to be demo of the game. That means that there is going to be some bugs and crashes, but we are publishing demo, so that you can play it for couple of hours and get a clue of what we are building. The beta of the game, version with less bugs, crashes and bad stuff and with more content, will be published in February. Exactly date of beta is unknown. Everything depends on how will demo went.

As I said, everyone in the world will be able to play it until the end of January.

What will be in demo?

You will be able to see beginning of story with a few quests, full simple mode, beginning of survival mode and full introduction scene. Also, there will be all menues. Also, I will try to implement multiplayer as well, but if I did not had enough time, multiplayer will have to be in beta of the game in February.

Now, since this will be only demo, there will be some bugs and on our discord server, you have channel where you can post all of the bugs that you find. Also, we want to see game on as many different screens as possible, so if your UI is looking differently then it should, please let us know in bugs section of our discord server.

Everyone that join our Discord server, before we publish demo will get some special offers in 1.0 version of the game (e.g. skins) and everyone that join our discord server and play the game in demo will get one extra place on map inside exclusive DLC, that noone else will be able to have.

Also, in demo there wont be any microtransaction, they will be maybe in beta.

Aeternum: Break the Cycle will never be pay to win, all of microtransactions will be for cosmetics and singleplayer DLCs.
